3. Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are charged monthly in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Current rates are:

• Pro Plan: ₱149 per month
• Premium Plan: ₱249 per month

3.2 Payment Processing

We use PayMongo as our payment processor. The following payment methods are accepted:

• GCash
• GrabPay
• PayMaya

3.3 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment
• Subscriptions are non-refundable
• You will need to manually renew your subscription before it expires
• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with appropriate notice

3.4 Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access to premium features upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues with your subscription, please contact our support team.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• Username (3-20 characters, letters, numbers, and underscores only)
• Password (8-100 characters with at least one letter and one number)

4.2 Account Security

5. User Content

5.1 Content Submission

Users may submit study materials ("User Content") for quiz generation. By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant us the right to process it using the Claude API for quiz generation
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to share the content
• Understand that the generated quizzes are for personal educational use

5.2 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Adult content (R18)
• Illegal materials
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harmful or malicious content
• Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Uploading prohibited content
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Sharing account credentials
• Extended period of inactivity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent payment activities

7. Service Limitations

Service limitations vary by subscription tier:
